These terms apply when you use the Art4Heart website or buy products, downloads, courses or services from Art4Heart.
Website and account use
You must provide accurate information and keep account access details secure. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
Products, prices and availability
Descriptions, prices and availability may change. We aim to present information accurately, but may correct clear errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Art4Heart sends the applicable order or enrolment confirmation.
Digital products and courses
Digital downloads and course materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only unless written permission states otherwise. They may not be copied, resold, uploaded, shared publicly or redistributed.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment options shown at checkout. Art4Heart does not store full card details.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Physical delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy, subject to applicable South African law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Art4Heart website content, artwork images, course material, e-books and downloadable resources belong to Art4Heart or their stated rights holders. No ownership is transferred by viewing or purchasing them.
Educational information
Courses and resources are educational and creative in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Art4Heart is not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of the website or inability to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
