Returns
Customers may request a return for eligible physical products within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Digital products or downloadable content (including courses and workbooks).
- Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help assess the issue.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
