The Prophetic Art Facilitator Covenant
A Framework for Stewardship, Integrity, and Sacred Trust
This is not a contract of performance, but a covenant of posture.
Purpose of This Covenant
This covenant exists to:
· Anchor facilitators in humility before authority
· Establish clear spiritual and ethical boundaries
· Protect both participants and facilitators
· Name the weight of holding prophetic creative space
· Form a shared language of responsibility across the Tier 3 path
This covenant is to be read slowly, revisited often, and signed prayerfully.
Covenant Commitments
1. Posture Before Platform
I acknowledge that prophetic facilitation is not a platform for visibility, validation, or influence.
I commit to:
· Serving the work of God above my own expression
· Remaining teachable, accountable, and interruptible
· Laying down outcomes, expectations, and control
I recognize that calling never outruns character.
2. Formation Before Function
I affirm that my identity is not found in what I facilitate, but in who I am before God.
I commit to:
· Prioritizing formation over results
· Refusing to move others where I have not been formed myself
· Honouring slow, hidden, and unseen work
I will not rush growth – mine or others’.
3. Stewardship of Sacred Space
I acknowledge that creative prophetic space is holy ground.
I commit to:
· Holding space with reverence, prayer, and attentiveness
· Guarding atmosphere rather than manipulating it
· Creating environments of safety, not pressure
I recognize that I am a steward, not an owner.
4. Authority With Accountability
I acknowledge that authority increases responsibility, not privilege.
I commit to:
· Exercising discernment with humility
· Seeking counsel when unsure
· Submitting my facilitation to spiritual oversight where appropriate
I will not act independently of wisdom, community, or Scripture.
5. Discernment Over Assumption
I commit to:
· Testing what I sense
· Holding impressions lightly
· Distinguishing between revelation, imagination, and emotion
I will not elevate personal interpretation to divine certainty.
6. Restraint in Communication
I acknowledge that not everything revealed is meant to be shared.
I commit to:
· Practicing restraint
· Protecting dignity, privacy, and vulnerability
· Releasing outcomes to God rather than forcing clarity
Silence can be an act of obedience.
7. Care for the Vulnerable
I commit to:
· Honouring emotional, spiritual, and psychological limits
· Referring participants to appropriate support when needed
· Never positioning myself as healer, saviour, or authority over conscience
I recognize the limits of my role.
8. Integrity in Representation
I commit to:
· Teaching within the scope of this course
· Representing prophetic art in biblically grounded ways
· Refusing exaggeration, spiritual performance, or coercion
I will reflect Christ, not a persona.
9. Faithfulness in Seasons
I acknowledge that seasons change.
I commit to:
· Pausing when needed
· Releasing roles when required
· Ending well, not just starting strong
Faithfulness includes rest.
10. Ongoing Discernment
I acknowledge that this covenant is not a one-time act.
I commit to:
· Revisiting this covenant regularly
· Allowing God to refine, correct, and re-form me
· Remaining submitted to the Spirit’s leading above all frameworks
Scope of Agreement
I acknowledge that this covenant applies only to my own participation in The Prophetic Artist’s Journey.
I
understand that I am not authorised to reproduce, teach, distribute, or
apply this material as a framework for others,
nor to invite others into this covenant.
I will not represent myself as operating under the authority, covering, or endorsement of this course or its creator.
Covenant Affirmation
I enter this covenant freely, prayerfully, and without compulsion.
I understand that facilitation is a sacred trust, not a personal entitlement.
